Introduction

Welcome to Marontoto. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between Marontoto ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "Marontoto") and any individual ("you", "user", "player", "member") who accesses, registers with, or uses any part of the services offered atmarontoto.cam, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, lottery-style games, arcade titles, and all associated features.

By accessing or using the Marontoto platform in any capacity — including browsing without an account — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ourPrivacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team.

Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means a registered user profile created on the Marontoto platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a player's account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded under a specific offer, which are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the player using a payment method, net of any applicable fees.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet in aggregate before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Supported Payment Methods" means the payment channels currently accepted by Marontoto, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB.
• "VIP Programme" means the loyalty tier system operated by Marontoto, comprising Bronze, Silver, Gold, and VIP Elite tiers.

Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Registration and participation on the Marontoto platform is strictly limited to individuals who are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. This age threshold applies without exception. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

Marontoto reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any stage. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, all winings will be forfeited, the account will be permanently closed, and any deposited funds may be returned subject to AML compliance requirements.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Marontoto platform complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. Marontoto does not warrant the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability for your use of the platform in breach of local law.

You must not access or use the Platform if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. Attempting to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions — for example, through the use of VPNs or proxy servers — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Capacity to Enter Agreement

You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement; that you are not acting under any form of compulsion, duress, or incapacity; that you are not a compulsive or problem gambler; and that you are not using the Platform as a result of any inducement by a third party.

Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Marontoto platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Marontoto employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Breach of this provision will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Marontoto accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Marontoto immediately via live chat or at[email protected].

4.4 KYC Verification

Marontoto is required to verify the identity of all registered players prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification requires the submission of:

• A valid government-issued identity document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad — front and back).
• A recent selfie photograph holding the identity document.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered e-wallet or bank statement) where required.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request will result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You may not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to operating a reseller service, developing automated tools, or providing access to third parties for a fee.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Marontoto platform:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities — any such behaviour must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic wagering strategy designed primarily to exploit bonus terms rather than play games genuinely.
• Money laundering or any transaction intended to disguise the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information to support staff or during the KYC process.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using technical circumvention methods.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with Marontoto staff or other players.

5.3 Platform Availability

Marontoto endeavours to maintain Platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, or third-party service disruptions may result in temporary unavailability. Marontoto accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of legitimate platform unavailability.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Marontoto currently supports the following payment channels for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (all participating Malaysian banks), Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise specified.

6.2 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party funding is prohibited.

6.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC verified prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived winings.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

Processing timeframes are as follows: e-walets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — typically under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX — typically 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank transfer — typically 15 to 60 minutes. These figures represent standard processing expectations and are not guaranteed turnaround times.

6.4 Currency

All accounts are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a payment provider processes a transaction in a different currency, the applicable exchange rate and any conversion fees are the sole responsibility of the player.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by Marontoto are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be disclosed at the point of offer. These Terms constitute the overarching framework, and individual promotion terms take precedence where they address matters more specifically.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 15x) of the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of RM 100 with a 15x wagering requirement requires a total of RM 1,500 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.

7.3 Game Contribution

Not all game types contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. As a general guideline: slot games typically contribute 100%; table games such as Blackjack and Baccarat typically contribute 10% to20%; and live dealer games may contribute between 10% and 50%. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.

7.4 Maximum Bet During Active Bonus

While bonus funds remain active in your account, you may not place any single bet exceding the maximum bet limit specified in the relevant promotion terms (typically MYR 25 to MYR 50 per spin or round). Placing bets above this limit during an active bonus period may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings without prior notice.

7.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used and/or wagering requirements that are not fulfilled within the specified validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days as stated in the promotion) will expire and be removed from your account balance automatically. No compensation will be provided for expired bonuses.

7.6 Maximum Cash-Out from Bonus

Certain promotional bonuses carry a maximum cash-out limit, which caps the amount that may be withdrawn from winings generated using bonus funds. This limit is stated explicitly in individual promotion terms. Where no maximum cash-out is specified, standard withdrawal limits apply.

7.7 Abuse of Promotions

Marontoto reserves the right to withold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where evidence of promotional abuse, systematic exploitation, or bad-faith participation is identified. Determination of such abuse is made at Marontoto's sole discretion. Affected accounts may be restricted or permanently suspended.

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 General Rules

All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. No bet may be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player after confirmation except in circumstances where Marontoto explicitly permits it (for example, certain in-play cash-out features). By confirming a bet, you accept all applicable rules for that game or market.

8.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, UFC, and all other listed markets — are governed by the specific rules of the relevant sport and Marontoto's sportsbook rules as published on the Platform. Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise affected, settlement will follow Marontoto's published event-specific rules.

8.3 Casino Games

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes. Marontoto makes no representation that any player will realise winings consistent with stated RTP figures in any given session.

8.4 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are subject to the rules specific to each game variant (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo, etc.) as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, bets already placed will be settled according to the actual game outcome upon round completion.

8.5 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error, system malfunction, or technical fault that results in an incorrect price, payout, or game outcome being displayed, Marontoto reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players. No winings resulting from a verified error will be honoured.

Responsible Gambling

Marontoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of the Platform. We provide the following player-protection tools, which are available to all verified account holders at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited. Limits can be set or reduced at any time and take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts displayed at user-defined intervals (30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours) to inform you of elapsed session time.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary exclusions of30, 90, or 180 days, or permanent exclusion, may be requested via live chat. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Marontoto Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, source code, database compilations, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Marontoto or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from Marontoto.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Marontoto's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Marontoto expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or any other indirect, consequential, or incidental loss.
• Losses arising from platform unavailability during scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Losses arising from your use of the Platform in breach of these Terms or applicable law.
• Technical failures attributable to your device, internet connection, or third-party services outside Marontoto's control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Marontoto's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Suspension by Marontoto

Marontoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Identification of a duplicate account associated with the player.
• Evidence of account use from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Compliance with a legal obligation or regulatory directive.

12.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting Marontoto support via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be addressed and all outstanding withdrawal requests processed. Marontoto will endeavour to complete voluntary closure requests within 5 business days.

12.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — all bonus funds and associated pending winings will be forfeited unless otherwise determined by Marontoto in its sole discretion. Real money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to AML and KYC compliance requirements and any applicable deductions for outstanding obligations.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Marontoto is licensed and incorporated. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration in connection with any dispute arising under these Terms.

Amendments

Marontoto reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, Marontoto will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via on-platform notification or email to the registered address.

Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Marontoto platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure as provided in Section 12.2.
